 The mental health professionals at Pursuit Mental Health and Recovery PLLC are independent contractors and not employees of the company. Each provider is solely responsible for their professional conduct, clinical decisions, and the services they deliver. Pursuit Mental Health and Recovery PLLC does not supervise, direct, or control the clinical services provided by these independent contractors.

All providers are fully licensed, board-certified, and maintain their own independent practices. As independent contractors, they operate autonomously, with full responsibility for their own clinical practices, including patient care, treatment plans, and any associated decisions. Pursuit Mental Health and Recovery PLLC is not responsible for, nor does it assume any liability for, the actions, professional conduct, or clinical outcomes of the independent contractors.

Pursuit Mental Health and Recovery PLLC does not provide healthcare services and is not involved in the clinical management of patient care. Any concerns or issues related to clinical practices or care provided by independent contractors should be addressed directly with the respective provider. Pursuit Mental Health and Recovery PLLC will not be held liable for any claims or disputes arising from the clinical services rendered by these independent contractors.
