Independent Provider Notice

 The mental health providers at Pursuit Mental Health and Recovery PLLC are independent contractors, not employees. Each provider is solely responsible for their professional conduct and the services they deliver. Pursuit Mental Health and Recovery PLLC does not supervise or control the clinical services provided by these independent contractors. All providers are fully licensed, board-certified, and maintain their own professional liability insurance. As independent contractors, they operate autonomously and are individually responsible for their clinical practices.
