My approach is rooted in evidence-based practices and guided by a holistic perspective that honors your unique values, beliefs, and goals. With psychopharmacotherapy and psychotherapy techniques like solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), motivational interviewing, and problem-solving therapy as foundational to my approach, I seek to help you create your ability to bounce back, regain control of your life, and regain your power.
